Our Return Policy

We offer returns & exchanges on all Capsule items that are new, unworn & unwashed with the tags still attached.

  • For returns requesting a refund to the original form of payment, we charge a flat rate of $4.95 for a prepaid shipping label.
  • For returns requesting a refund in the form of Capsule Credit, we offer a free prepaid shipping label. Capsule Credit can then be used on future purchases at Capsule.
  • Exchanges are always free. 

We only allow one return per order, but you may combine multiple orders into one return. Original shipping will not be refunded when requesting a refund.

We stand behind our quality & sustainability promise. If you have questions about your order, please reach out to use at feel hi@capsulestyle.com in an email referencing your order number, item name, color & size of the item, as well as photos of the issue you’re experiencing. If reaching out about a potential defect in your garment after 30 days from purchase date, the garment will be considered “wear & tear” & will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.


Within 30 Days of Purchase

Returns are accepted on all new, unworn & unwashed garments with the tags still attached within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund to the original form of payment.


Between 30 & 60 Days of Purchase

Returns are accepted on all new, unworn & unwashed garments with the tags still attached between 31-60 days of purchase for Capsule Credit.


Items Denied for Return

An item can be denied for return if the item reflects any of the following:

  • Deodorant marks
  • Detached tags
  • Animal or human hair
  • Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
  • Any visible wear, wash or damage
  • External forces (damage from animals or weather
